I usually like to learn at least 3 things side by side. In case I get bored I can switch easily.
I'm currently reading "Walden" by Henry Thoreau, "Start Marketing the day you start coding" by Rob Walling, "All Art is Propaganda" by George Orwell and the most fun of the bunch "Breakfast of Champions" by Kurt Vonnegut Jr. I also just finished "Moneyland" by Oliver Bullough, it was a very enlightening read about how money flows around the world. How laws are limited by borders, but not money which through offshore corporations and obfuscation is currently poisoning Western democracy.
I've created a page to store all my read books, you can check it out here.
I also keep up to date with:
I finished my first Mac app, and I've submitted it for approval in the AppStore, once approved I'll link it here.
I've long redone this blog using Zola, a static site engine, but I've just now posted about it.
I'm eager to test out Omarchy and to learn Node.js.
I've been delaying updating my iPhone 13 mini to the latest iOS 26 (with all the liquid glass ugliness and decreased performance), but I finally pulled the trigger. I was tempted by a new shortcut on the control centre to add reminders. Well...it isn't that bad, except for the new camera app and a few things here and there. Either way, it's liveable, but I preferred the old design. I've heard good things about iOS 27 when it comes to performance, but I won't join the beta for early install.
I've been trying to reduce my mobile use for years, it's not that serious ~2h daily, mostly Reddit or social messaging. Either way I've tried screen time, but it's not bulletprooff. That's when I discovered Supervised Mode, a very harsh but unbreakable alternative. Unfortunately it requires iphone erase, since I want to do it myself (following this guide) not via a 3rd party platform, to setup the first time, which is not great. Might give it a try tough.
As for the mac I won't update it until I don't have any other option. A phone is one thing I can live with if the UI is deteriorated, not the laptop.
I have thousands of lists, so I'm sharing here a few that I wished I came across sooner.
